We want your experience with Horten Werneck's Digital Mastery to be 100% satisfactory.
Should you wish to cancel your purchase, you have the legal right to request cancellation and a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the Master File Access Link.
Condition for Digital Return (License Revocation):
To process your full refund, you must:

Confirm in writing the permanent and complete deletion of the E-engraving Master File from all your devices (computers, cloud storage, and backups).

Following this confirmation, your Personal Use License will be permanently revoked. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions and Technical Support:

Discounted Items: Items purchased at a promotional discount are subject to the same 7-day Right of Withdrawal rules.

File Failure: If the Master File is corrupted or incomplete, do not worry! We will provide an immediate replacement by sending a new Access Link at no additional cost.

After 7 Days: Due to the irrevocable and instant nature of the digital product, requests for cancellation will not be accepted after the legal 7-day period.
How to Request a Refund:
